This incident caused the temporary closure of the CTA tunnel and the T3 parking area.

Two more people are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport in which 21 people sustained injuries by a substance believed to be pepper spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was detained on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. They both are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an attack at the multi-storey car park at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Before the incident, two women were robbed of their suitcases after getting out of a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the injured in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been released.

Officers arrested a man in his thirties on suspicion of theft and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released under investigation as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at approximately 08:10 GMT following reports of several individuals injured by an irritating chemical thought to be an irritant spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was a standalone incident and not considered an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 parking facility for a short time.
